Project Coordinator

Job Description

Project Coordination & Planning:

• Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and timelines.
• Coordinate with designers, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project alignment.
• Track project progress and report updates to stakeholders.
• Assist in procurement, ordering materials, and ensuring timely deliveries.

Communication & Client Relations:

• Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, vendors, and project teams.
• Schedule and attend meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes.
• Ensure clear communication of project expectations, deadlines, and responsibilities.

Budget & Documentation Management:

• Monitor project budgets and expenses, ensuring cost control.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, invoices, and reports.
• Assist in processing change orders and managing approvals.

Site Coordination & QS:

• Conduct site visits to track project progress and address any issues.
• Ensure compliance with design specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Assist in resolving on-site challenges and coordinating with contractors.

Job Requirement

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Interior Design, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• 2-4 years of experience in construction, interior design, or project coordination.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project), AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other project management tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with construction methods, materials, and interior design concepts.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Daily, weekly report to BOD

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of construction contracts, permits, and regulations.
• Experience with supply chain and vendor management.
• Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to challenges.
