OMS lite creation and mange project checklist preparation for production transfer.

Costed BOM with images
Enter vendor pricing with price breaks in Sage
Generate quotes
Scheduling and follow up with vendors and in house processing
Sales meeting and RFQ review.
Documentation requests
Manage RFQ log and Pipeline report
First article requirements and process lock
Continued education and learning including but not limited to required company training.
Hybrid Demands: This is a remote position, team will work mainly from the office but will be allowing for flexible working hours to accommodate project needs and time zones. Regular online meetings with the team, on-site Application Engineers and vendors will be required. Occasional events will be required for team meetings, training, or on-site project management.
Work Environment: high noise level associated with manufacturing facility.
Job Requirement
Bachelor of Science relating to mechanical, electronic, or mechanic. Certificate in Project management is a plus.
At least, +4 years of experience in manufacturing or relevant field.
Fluency in English speaking and writing is a must.
Ability to work independently, well organized, multi-task and be proactive & independent in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, and their applications.
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point)
Proficient in MS Project, or PLM is a plus.
