Projects Admin cum Document Controller

Job Description

Projects Administration:

• Assists Construction Management Manager in all administrative work as his personal assistant.
• Co-ordinates for department meetings, take minutes of meeting and maintain records for the department.
• Acts as a coordinator between CMD and other related partners to ensure the smooth running of a project at all stages.
• Manages all the site claims sent by Site Engineer/QC Erection. Check and verify them before sending them to CSD.
• Liaise with other departments regarding corporate issues and provide periodical reports as required.

Documents Control:

• Manage all documents of sub-contractors, get their proposal, evaluate their profiles before sending them to Construction Management Manager.
• Maintain a proper and user-friendly filing and document control system for recording and tracking of all documents for the project and department.
• Provides interpretation and translation of documents as requested upon.
• Be responsible for weekly/monthly/yearly report of the department

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Construction, or majors related to the company's activities.
• Priority is given to personnel who have worked similarly in design, management consulting or construction companies
• English skills, Computer skills, Planning skills
• Ability in teamwork and handle conflicts when working in a team.
