Job Description

In charge of quoting for production supplies;
Set up the list of qualified suppliers;
Selected the strategic supplier according to policy of company;
Purchasing: Make the order, follow up the delivery date, payment and issue the purchasing report;
Check contract: Discussion with suppliers about all the detail in contract with the basic contract knowledge;
Assist to optimize Standard Operating Procedure (S.O.P) for procurement;
Other job assigned by manager.

Working address: Binh Chuan Production Area, Binh Chuan Ward, Thuan An City, Binh Duong Province, Vietnam

Education: University or college degree, major: Business, Accountant, Logistics and Supply chain or related field;
Experience: Over a years of related working experience in manufacturing is preferable;
Language: Fluency in English and/or Chinese;
Skills: Good interpersonal, negotiation, attention to detail and adapt quickly to a fast-moving environment
