FSQ&P manages food safety, quality, and production to secure and ensure food safety and production quality in APAC business areas (which include 8 countries: Vietnam, Oceania, Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore, and India)./ FSQ&P quản lý an toàn thực phẩm, chất lượng và sản xuất để đảm bảo an toàn thực phẩm và chất lượng sản xuất trong khu vực kinh doanh APAC (gồm 8 quốc gia: Việt Nam, Oceania, Thái Lan, Indonesia, Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore và Ấn Độ).

In order to prevent quality defects that may occur due to insufficient review during the new product development stage, we review product design and processes to prevent risks./ Để ngăn ngừa các lỗi chất lượng có thể xảy ra do thiếu sót trong quá trình đánh giá khi phát triển sản phẩm mới, chúng tôi xem xét thiết kế sản phẩm và quy trình để ngăn chặn các rủi ro.

We conduct audits to assess the operational level of the OEM partner's food safety management system, as well as the level of on-site quality, hygiene, and safety management, to determine whether to engage in business with a new partner./ Chúng tôi thực hiện kiểm toán để đánh giá mức độ vận hành của hệ thống quản lý an toàn thực phẩm của đối tác OEM, cũng như mức độ quản lý chất lượng, vệ sinh và an toàn tại chỗ để quyết định có hợp tác kinh doanh với đối tác mới hay không.

2. Job Responsibilities / Mô tả công việc

• Food Safety Audit for OEM Partners/ Kiểm toán an toàn thực phẩm cho các đối tác OEM
  - Perform evaluation on GMP level, risk management level, and sanitary environment management status./ Đánh giá mức độ GMP, mức độ quản lý rủi ro và tình trạng quản lý môi trường vệ sinh.

• Verification of New Product Industrialization/ Xác minh công nghiệp hóa sản phẩm mới

​- Establishment of new product development grade and execution of safety verification by grade/ Thiết lập cấp độ phát triển sản phẩm mới và thực hiện xác minh an toàn theo cấp độ.

- Raw material review, manufacturing process review, distribution quality safety review/ Xem xét nguyên liệu thô, quy trình sản xuất và an toàn chất lượng phân phối.

- Support for ensuring safety when applying new manufacturing technology/ Hỗ trợ đảm bảo an toàn khi áp dụng công nghệ sản xuất mới.

• Product quality Management inspection after product launch/ Kiểm tra quản lý chất lượng sản phẩm sau khi sản phẩm ra mắt

Job Requirement

• Education: Bachelor’s degree and above
  Trình độ học vấn: Cử nhân trở lên

• Major: Food technology
  Chuyên ngành: Công nghệ thực phẩm

• Experience: 03 years of experience in a food company
  Kinh nghiệm: 03 năm kinh nghiệm trong công ty thực phẩm

• Competency:

  • In-depth knowledge in FSSC, BRC, HACCP, GMP, HALAL/ Kiến thức chuyên sâu về FSSC, BRC, HACCP, GMP, HALAL

  • Category experience: Food/ Kinh nghiệm về ngành: Thực phẩm

  • Experience in managing suppliers/ Kinh nghiệm quản lý nhà cung cấp

  • Fluent in Vietnamese, English/ Thành thạo tiếng Việt và tiếng Anh

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills/ Kỹ năng giao tiếp viết và nói xuất sắc

  • Computer Skills: Microsoft Office/ Kỹ năng tin học: Microsoft Office

  • No problems traveling abroad/ Không vấn đề gì khi đi công tác nước ngoài

• Preferred/ Ưu tiên:

  • Proficiency in Korean is a plus/ Thành thạo tiếng Hàn là một lợi thế

  • Experience in Top 5 food companies in Vietnam or Global Food company/ Kinh nghiệm tại 5 công ty thực phẩm hàng đầu tại Việt Nam hoặc công ty thực phẩm toàn cầu
