Control QC attendance, Leave, Overtime, Allowances - Foods compensation of QC teams in factories
Control the QC inspection reports, summary and report in daily, weekly, and monthly
Closely liaise with the Planning, R&D, Product and Factory QC Coordination Teams to inspect Sample Products, or New Products such as: New samples, BCT samples, Stone Top samples, …
Create and Control QC's purchasing requests related to tools, machinery, equipment, stationery,…
Support in collect, and summary QC data to resolve Complaints from Customers
Support in activity of evalution the Quality Incentive for QC Teams in the factories
Support to control 6S at QC's areas in factory
Support in recruitment and onboarding of new QC
Support contact with external parties in Product inspection and testing activities
Perform other tasks when assigned by superiors
Job Requirement
Education Graduating college or University, preferably in Quality Management, Industrial Management, Industrial Systems Engineering
