Roles & Responsibilities
• Control and ensure product quality compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee quality inspections from raw materials to finished products.
• Monitor the implementation of quality control systems and continuously improve quality management processes.
• Manage and update quality documentation, ensuring adherence to SSOP, GMP, HACCP, and ISO standards.
• Regularly review and refine control procedures to enhance efficiency.
• Ensure that work instructions (WI) and standard operating procedures (SOP) are properly followed.
• Investigate root causes of quality issues and collaborate with relevant departments to implement corrective (CAR) and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions.
• Supervise and train the QC team to strengthen their inspection skills.
• Assign tasks effectively and evaluate the performance of QC personnel.
• Ensure that QC personnel fully understand and follow quality control procedures.
• Handle customer complaints related to product quality.
• Coordinate with other departments to investigate the root causes of quality issues and develop solutions to prevent recurrence.
• Evaluate and control the quality of raw materials from suppliers to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports.
• Analyze quality data and propose improvement initiatives to optimize the quality management system.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards, 5S, and workplace hygiene regulations.
• Maintain adherence to occupational safety policies and ensure a high-quality production environment.
• Other duties as assigned by Manager.
Requirements:
• Graduated from College/University with a major related to Food Safety, Quality Assurance, or Food Technology.
• Ability to work independently, enthusiastic, dedicated, and able to handle work pressure.
• At least 3 years of experience working in a food factory in a similar management position (priority given to candidates with experience in sauce and kimchi production).
• Fluent in English (Korean proficiency is a plus).
• Possess FSSC 22000, HALAL, and other relevant food industry certifications.
• Proficient in office computer skills (MS Office, etc.).
• Work location: Kizuna Industrial Park (Cần Giuộc, Long An) - Shuttle bus from HCMC
