Take off and clarify all quantities related to bidding document as input for Sales preparation of price proposal.
Check and highlight for finalization of all key contract conditions before, during and after the contract date.
Prepare, and control all contract administration works especially on variation and payment claims, final account.
Consolidate all contract document as well as all variation order document and all payment claims.
Prepare and control all subcontractors evaluation plan.
Coordinate with all related departments within the company to ensure applicable and deliverable of project plan suitable with the department functionalities.
Coordinate with CMD Manager for organization and evaluation of subcontractors vendor list based on approved criteria proposed by CMD Manager and approved by GM.
Others from GM's instruction time to time suitable with qualification/capacity.
Job Requirement
University Degree related in Construction.
Experience in QS, FIDIC contract form and related field especially in Pre Engineered Building Project.
At least 10 years experience in construction field/steel building projects and 3 years at same role.
