Position Summary

Be responsible for overall quality system/process/activities establishment and maintenance, creating and maintaining the health quality culture, driving the quality results to support the business goal, and overall quality continual improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain the quality system/activities, and establish the reasonable measurement to monitor the related execution and results;
• Focus on customer requirements identification and deployment, and also focus on internal process and system optimization / standardization / simplification;
• Lead or support team on the quality incident investigation, root cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions;
• Be responsible for overall quality assurance capabilities improvements an
• Provide the related the training/supports to build the team’s capabilities.

• Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering, mechanical automation, chemistry, and material analysis, etc
• More than 5 or above years’ experience in the quality management, and li-ion battery factory experience is preferred.
• Familiar with different quality system requirements.
• Fluent English skills on reading and writing, good oral English skill is preferred
• Frequent travel is needed
