Position Summary:To assist the Quality Manager in the management of in-plant quality control activities, including Pest Control, responsibility for overall quality management activities, including raw material input, work in process, and output, and to ensure compliance with the requirements of the quality system as prescribed by the company.
Specific Functions, Additional duties will include but not be limited to the following:
Monitor, update, evaluate quality management system. HACCP establish plan, Supplier management, GMP, PRP control, internal audit, customer audit, third party audit, non-conformity control, pest control, calibration, RM incoming verify.
Prepare, issue procedures, monitoring form, and work instructions.
Monitor all quality parameters from input through processing, output, dispatch, and packaging material. Compare specifications and ensure that it meets customer requirements.
Control documents, records, and lot traceability; investigate and correct problems; and improve the customer complaints.
Cooperate with related sections to ensure implementation and compliance with the requirements of the quality and food safety system.
Cooperate with other departments in handling the non-conformity of the quality and food safety system in a timely and accurate manner to ensure productivity, quality, and food safety.
Prepare the progress reports for management.
Guide and train subordinates to follow processes and guidelines in order to raise their quality and food safety awareness. Participate in internal audits.
Other tasks as assigned by the Department Manager/BOD.
Job Requirement
Qualification, Competencies Requirements:
Education: Graduated from College or University in Food Technology, Chemistry, Biology, Agriculture or related majors.
Experience: 2 - 3 years of experience in a similar position in the Food Manufacturing industry is advantageous.
Key Technical Competencies: Have knowledge of food hygiene and safety, production process; Good documentation practices; Planning and conducting process audits
Key Behavioral/ Leadership Competencies: Good people management skills; Identifying problems and implementing preventative strategies to minimize risk; Strong problem-solving skills, analytic ability, and very detail oriented.
Key Soft Skill: English Communication; Proficient with Microsoft skills excel report; Outstanding time management skills; Excellent communication.

Working time: From Mons to Fris (08:00 - 17:00) & Sats (08:00 - 12:00)
