- Develop standard operation procedures and quality or safety standards for solar power project
Xây dựng quy trình vận hành đảm bảo chất lượng và an toàn cho các dự án năng lượng
- Works with the project teams to ensure all documentation is in place and understand any outstanding commitment with the owner when a project reaches the start of the warranty period
Làm việc với các team dự án về các hồ sơ tài liệu, giấy tờ liên quan, cam kết hoàn thành những tồn động khi dự án kết thúc.
-Root cause analysis to develop corrective action plans, preventive measures to ensure cost minimization.
Phân tích nguyên nhân gốc để có những biện pháp khắc phục và phòng ngừa để đảm bảo giảm thiểu chi phí.
-Executive action plan, planning and preparation of site O&M budgets
Lập kế hoạch hoạt động điều hành và kế hoạch ngân sách O&M từng thời điểm.
-Manage spare parts which shall be used for maintenance work
Quản lý các phụ tùng, linh kiện thay thế
-Ensure system performance ranging from 95-97% comparing to caculation of PVsyst P75
Đảm bảo hiệu suất dao động từ 95-97% so với độ điệm của PVsystP75.
-Manage O&M team to provide quality service to customers
Quản lý team O&M để cung cấp dịch vụ tốt nhất.
-Sign & confirm power generation of solar systems report between Indefol and factories or EVN, then pass to Accounting Department
Ký và xác nhận sản lượng điện của hệ thống điện mặt trời giữa Indefol và EVN, chuyển về phòng kê toán.
-Provide support with monthly, quarterly and annual reporting needed for BOD
Lập báo cáo hang tháng, quý, năm
-Identify and manage risk and opportunities on solar construction projects,
Quản lý và xác định, rủi ro, cơ hội về các dự án xây dựng năng lượng mặt trời
- As per requirement involved with project team for site surveys
Tham gia vào team Dự án khi có yêu cầu
-To perform other tasks as assigned by BOD
Thực hiện nhiệm vụ theo yêu cầu từ BOB
-Makes suggestions on preventative maintenance to avoid warranty claim costs
Đưa ra đề xuất về phương án bảo trì , phòng ngừa để tránh phát sinh chi phí trong vấn đề bảo hành.
-Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably with focus to Electrical,
Bằng Cử nhân Đại học trở lên, đặt biệt là ưu tiên trong ngành điện, điện lạnh, điện công nghiệp.
-At least 5 years of experience in Solar PV system, solar farm, wind or other practice
Có ít nhất 5 năm kinh nghiệm trong hệ thống PV điện mặt trời, nhà máy điện mặt trời, nhà máy điện gió hoặc các ngành điện tương đương
-Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to multitask
-Kỹ năng lập kế hoạch, tổ chức và quản ký thời gian một cách hiệu quả
-Ability to make informed decisions in a quick and agility
-Khả năng đưa ra quyết định nhanh chóng, hợp lý, kịp thời và xử lý tình huống hiệu quả
- High sense of responsibility, good leadership and teamwork skills
Tinh thần trách nhiệm cao, khả năng lãnh đạo và làm việc nhóm tốt
- Good at English communication (listening, speaking, reading and writing skills)
