Quản lý Kỹ thuật may (Kaizen Supervisor)

Job Description

· Chịu trách nhiệm quản lý các hoạt động / nghiệp vụ nghiên cứu, cải tiến quy trình may:

Be in charge of managing all kaizen activities related to sewing operation:

o Nghiên cứu công đoạn may khi phát triển mẫu, đại trà, đề xuất với khách hàng, phòng khai thác nếu cần thay đổi cách may tốt hơn để đạt chất lượng, năng suất.

Research the operations at development stage or bulk production to make the proposals with customer to improve the quality and productivity.

o Phối hợp với phòng may mẫu, phòng phát triển, nghiên cứu may những công đoạn khó gửi khách hàng.

Coordinate with sample room, development to research and improve critical operations.

o Thiết kế rập form, đường may máy tự động cho sản suất mẫu và đại trà (cho các xưởng sản suất)

Make the template, forms and stitching for auto/ semi-auto machine to serve bulk production.

o Xây dựng qui trình may, SOP công đoạn theo tiêu chuẩn chất lượng.

Develop sewing SOP of each operation following quality requirement.

o Thống nhất tất cả các qui trình công đoạn may cho các xưởng.

Intergrate all sewing operations for applying at all locations.

o Giám sát việc thực hiện qui trình may trong xưởng sản suất.

Monitor the sewing process execution in the production fty.

· Triển khai những công đoạn cải tiến cho các bộ phận liên quan:

Deploy new innovations operations to the cross functional divisions for applying:

o Họp với Phòng Khai Thác, Phòng Kinh Doanh, Sản xuất… khi triển khai hàng mới theo từng giai đoạn phát triển mã hàng từ Proto tới sản xuất Đại trà.

Participate the Meetings of Development Dept., Merchandise, Production division... when deploying new styles from Proto Sample to Bulk.

o Họp triển khai Phát triển mẫu, triển khai Sản xuất; Triển khai quy trình cắt, may (có Biên bản họp triển khai).

Hold the Sample development meeting, deploying the operation of cutting and sewing (with meeting minutes implemented).

o Xử lý các thông tin, nhận phản hồi từ Xưởng như công đoạn may khó, không đạt chất lượng

Receive and resolve feedback from production such as critical operations, or poor quality for improvement.

· Phối hợp tổ chức các hoạt động, sự kiện nghiên cứu, cải tiến trong nhà máy:

Coordinate to hold the kaizen activities and event in factory:

o Tổ chức triển khai, thực hiện tốt các quá trình nghiên cứu, cải tiến trang thiết bị máy móc, công cụ bán tự động, tự động phục vụ sản xuất.

Deploy and execute equipments innovation well, including the auto machine/ semi-auto machine to serve production.

o Chịu trách nhiệm kiểm duyệt đề xuất vật tư của máy cắt tự động khi có sửa chữa phát sinh.

Responsible for replacement equipment approval of cutting auto-machine if having any repairs.

o Tổ chức sự kiện kaizen định kỳ trong nhà máy.

Organize kaizen events annually.

o Phát triển những sáng kiến cải tiến kỹ thuật áp dụng vào thực tiễn.

Developing technical innovations to apply reality in factory.

· Đào tạo nâng cao tay nghề cho công nhân, quản lý về tiêu chuẩn chất lượng trong nhà máy:

Training to enhance the sewing skills for worker or management about quality customer standards.

o Tổ chức đào tạo thi tay nghề, cấp chứng nhận tay nghề công nhân viên những công đoạn đặc biệt.

Training and test their skills to give the certificate to workers with specific operations.

o Tổ chức đào tạo những công đoạn cải tiến mới.

Training sewing workers on the kaizen operations.

o Đào tạo tay nghề công nhân mới tuyển vào

Training sewing skills for non-skilled newcomers.
