Job Description
1. Recruitment and On-boarding (Main focus on Recruitment)
1. 1 Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and on-boarding new employees.
1. 2 Coordinate onboarding processes and orientation programs for new hires.
1. 3 Coordinate with other leaders to understand and analyze the organization's current, future workforce needs
2. Compliance and Policy Management:
2.1 Ensure and implement the company group HR policies, procedures, and programs comply with relevant local labor laws and regulations.
2.2 Draft, update and maintain the employee handbook and other HR documents based on the local labor laws.
2.3 Manage employee records, labor contracts (sign, review, terminate) and other legal documentation.
3. Compensation & Benefit
3.1 Conduct regular market research to ensure competitive compensation packages.
3.2 Support the definition of salary package based on the real market standard.
3.3 Oversee the entire payroll process, including data entry, calculations, and distribution.
3.4 Manage the social insurance and housing fund, healthy insurance and other perks.
3.5 Support the labor cost budget
4. Training and Development:
4.1 Cooperate with other leaders to draft the skill training list for new workers.
4.2 Follow up the training and assessment for employees in the probation period
4.3 Train for new employee about Company policies and Labor discipline
4.4 Implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and growth.
4.5 Training needs collection and implementation
5. Performance Management:
5.1 According to GROUP schedule, to follow up the performance appraisal.
5.2 According to GROUP fomula, to set up and follow up the KPI and PPI.
6. Employee Relation:
6.1 Resolve employee disputes and conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
6.2 Handle employee inquiries and concerns related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
6.3 Act as link between company and employees regarding HR-related queries and concerns.Promote a positive work environment and handle employee grievances in a fair and timely manner.
7. DATA management:
7.1 Establish and timely update employee files
7.2 Generate reports and analyze HR data.
7.3 Manage the enrollment and resignation.
7.4 Manage the attendance and make the record (leaves, holidays,etc.)
8. Admin:
8.1 Guard and Cleaner management
8.2 Car and Driver Management
8.3 Follow up office supplies, procurement, factory infrastructure support
8.4 Take part in arrangement of company events
8.5 Arrange transportation for company and accommodation for visitors and company’s employee taking on business transport
8.6 Manage general affairs such as uniforms, birthday gifts, announcements etc
8.7 Make reinbursement for relevant fees (office rental, decoration fee, utilities, etc)
8.8 Perform fire prevention - rescue operation work, periodical environment monitoring, health examination, fire prevention rehearsal.
8.9 VISA support
8.10 Take care expatriates working in Vietnam & overseas and help them to settle down life
9. Finance Support
9.1 collect vouchers and divide by departments
9.2 daily expense settlement ( Cash, bank deposit management and registration, in and out)
9.3 Link between TVN, Accounting company and HQ
9.4 Handle all transactions with banks
