- Arrange business trip for Manager: Visa (if any), ticket, hotel, transportation, document related;
- Check the necessary document from all department before passing to Manager for approval: Purchasing, HR, Finance,...
- Set up Manager's schedules and book appointments;
- Assist in interpretation for Manager;
- Implement the reports related;
- Other job assigned by Manager.

Job Requirement
- Education: University or college degree, major: Business Administration, Law, English, Chinese or related;
- Experience: Over 3 years experience in Manager Assistant, particularly in large corporates in developed countries is preferred;
