Receive and analyze requests for new product/prototype research from BOD, Sales, and Customers.
Develop research plans, including formulation, raw materials, tools, and equipment needed.
Conduct sample preparation, adjustments, internal evaluations, and stability testing (shelf life) if required.
Send samples to Sales/Customers for testing and make necessary adjustments until the desired quality is achieved.
Research and propose solutions to improve the quality of dairy products and UHT products.
Finalize formulations, processes, and related reports; transfer necessary information to relevant departments and maintain product documentation.
Coordinate and communicate with manufacturers regarding technical issues requested by Sales or for product quality improvements, proposing solutions to customers.
Develop and evaluate technical standards, conduct sensory comparisons, and provide necessary documentation to complete the technical dossier.
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field.
4-5 years of experience in an R&D role
Strong knowledge of food chemistry, ingredients, and formulation techniques.
Experience with stability testing, sensory evaluation, and product shelf-life analysis.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting.
Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
Strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills
