Manage supplies by placing orders as needed and support staff with document printing.
Oversee assets within the center and coordinate any facility maintenance needs with the management team.
2/ Managing Prospects and Meetings:
Assist and welcome visitors to the WSE center, connecting them with the appropriate team members.
Collect and organize prospective student information, schedule meetings with Educational Consultants, and adhere to online program distribution policies.
Enter details into the CRM system and assist students taking the Online Placement Test.
Manage incoming calls and support the Coach team by logging lead information into the system.requests with the management team.
Job Requirement
Shows intermediate English proficiency (WSE Level 8+).
Enthusiastic, approachable, and customer-service oriented.
Skilled in computer use with solid inventory management abilities.
