The Regenerative Agricultural Products Business Development Specialist plays a vital role in advancing MRS Group's mission of circular and clean agriculture. This position focuses on promoting regenerative agricultural products, including organic rice, soybeans, and a wide variety of fruits and vegetables. Job Requirement

Requirements:

• Education:
  Bachelor’s degree in Economics with a minimum GPA of 3.2. Proficiency in English and Japanese is required.

• Experience:

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply;
  • Candidates with 3–5 years of experience in agricultural business development, especially in IQF or frozen food products, are preferred.

• Skills:

  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills;
  • Strong market analysis and strategic planning capabilities;
  • Creativity and the ability to work independently;
  • Proficiency in office tools and project management software.
