In charge of tracking regional sellout progress and report to Regional General Manager and Retail Managers
In charge of PC target achievement and PC productivity report inside the region (report and tracking)
Prepare weekly meeting to identify all of the performances of last week: (Tuesday morning before SMR)
Sellout dashboard, Store development, POSM/LDU deployment, PC productivity, RMS updates, Recruitment
Coordinate and follow-up on store construction, store image upgrading deployment with Retail HQ
Follow-up on store construction and store image furniture and fixture availability for deployment
Manage store construction completion timeline
Report store construction and store image upgrading progress on timely basis
Follow up and coordinate with ASM on LDU Deployment progress to fulfill LDU target
Follow-up and coordinate all region marketing activities, POSM material deployment on a timely basis
Maintain, monitor and follow-up retail marketing merchandising store presentation display standard across all store's types
Plan and manage region operations of roadshows, promotions and/or events base on Regional or HQ request
Provide competitor marketing activities information to Retail Marketing
Assign and coordinate Retail Supervisors in POSM Deployment (VM guideline, delivery and timeline deployment)
Manage regional warehouse and make plan for the usages of all items
In charge of all data related to Retail Mapping inside the region
In charge all regional data on RMS system including number of stores, headcount, stores grade, stores type, etc.
Manage sellout upload rate of PC/RS on RMS System and active user rate
Supervise, audit the operation (check-in/out, QC) and report to RGM/ASM
Build team capability and develop team cohesiveness; Develop headcount plan in alignment with Regional General manager to increase FF coverage and productivity within the region.
Follow with employees on salary and incentives feedback (work directly with RS/PC)
At least 3 years of proven professional working in related industry University graduated Proficiency in English is a MUST (or Chinese is a plus)
