Overall Management and Leadership of the Retail Operations Team
In-Store Communication and Displays
Ensures execution of retail store guidelines.
Distribution and Visibility Strategy. Develops retail index standards together with product managers in order to guide the sales team on distribution and visibility competitiveness.
Monitor and ensure achievement of in-store share and display share targets per store.
Responsible in monitoring key strategy segment.
Sell-out Target Setting in detail per region/ per store
Monitors & analyzes sell-out data. Maintains and analyzes critical sales & retail KPI scorecards/dashboard to understand trend.
Develop optimal coverage plan/working plan for team
Review / deliver feedback market information to the manager to improve performance per region
RMCE meeting to align objective of team (Initiative, update status, market insight)
Job Requirement
Bachelor ‘s Degree and similar degree
At least 2 years of experience in Retail management or Marketing or similar roles.
Ability to persuade and negotiate, flexible and acumen in problem solving
Dynamic, professional, proactive thinking and willing-to-learn spirit
Fluently with Microsoft (Word, excel, power point)
Can work with analysing data
Can handle work pressure and know how to prioritise the assigned tasks
