MAIN BUSINESS
Provides legal advice, drafts contracts, resolves disputes, ensures legal compliance, and manages the legal department.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Legal Advisory:
• Provide legal advice to the Company on issues related to business operations, investment, finance, human resources, etc.
• Participate in the drafting and review of contracts and legal documents.
• Represent the Company in disputes and lawsuits.
2. Legal Compliance:
• Build and implement a legal compliance system within the Company.
• Monitor and update changes in legislation and guide their application within the Company.
3. Legal Risk Management:
• Assess legal risks in the Company's activities.
• Propose solutions to prevent and mitigate legal risks.
• Handle cases of legal violations.
4. Legal Department Management:
• Lead and manage the legal department.
• Develop and implement the department's strategy and objectives.
• Oversee the department's budget and resources.
• Recruit, train and develop the department's staff.

2. Knowledge: Law
3. Work Experience
• At least 5 years of experience as a lawyer, including experience working in the field of corporate law.
• Experience managing a legal department or experience working in a large organization.
4. Foreign language: Proficient in English
