Job Description
Duties: Leading a translational research project on cell-based therapy
Tasks:
- The overall focus of the project is to develop a workflow for generating genetically modified immune cells for the treatment of solid tumors.
- Support and train other members of the research team when needed.
- Perform other duties related to the function requested by the Board of Directors or the research team leader.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:
The candidate will supervise a research technician or research associate.
KEY INTERFACES:
This position requires you to interact with both senior and junior researchers in the RD team, and clinicians at multiple hospitals.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT:

Job Requirement
Competencies Required
- Have experience in the field of cell biology or immunology with a strong track record.
- Ability to work independently
- Effectively design and execute laboratory experiments, critically interpret experimental results, and present data in a clear and concise manner.
- Participate in the preparation research publications, and attend/present at national conference
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Education and Experience
REQUIRED:
- A Ph.D. degree or PhD (submitted, awaiting defence) in immunology or biomedical sciences, or a related discipline is required.
- At least one first author paper
PREFERRED:
A candidate with iPSCs, Virology, and/or CRISPR/Immunology research background is preferred
