The Reservations Executive (RE) is an integral part of the Operations team at JD Tours. At the core of our work is making our clients fall in love with our efficiency, organization, and punctuality and going above and beyond to ensure clients have the best experience while in Vietnam. The RE has an excellent relationship with our local partners in Vietnam and can work independently to ensure itineraries are operated correctly.

Key Responsibilities:

· Finalize all reservations to hotels, cruises, ticketing teams, and operation teams for Series bookings.

· Provide booking confirmation details, also help with changing or cancelling if any.

· Assist the Operations Manager in asking for ad hoc rates, and contract rates with the hotels and suppliers for agent quotations.

· Assist Operations Manager to answer emails from agents, agent’s supporting team, optional tour rates, and private tour rates (all prices are available)

· Work closely with the operations and accounting teams.

· Support the ticketing team when needed.

· Other specific assigned tasks by Operations Manager and GM.

Job Requirement

What we’re looking for:

· Vietnamese National

· Bachelor degree, preferably in Tourism, Business or Communications

· At least 2-3 year experience in a similar position

· Hard working and accountable

· Open to learn new systems

· Excellent English communication skills, writing in particular

· Positive attitude and sincere desire to learn on the job
