Job Description
Main responsibility:
- Consulting customers about product features, pricing and after-sales services
- Communicate customers about promotion events, discounts and special offers
- Follow up order from receiving to delivery
- Contacting to related departments to finish the order on time
- Assisting in monthly inventory and production display
- Customer service and solving problem in case customer complain
- Get and provide customer feedback to managers
- Stay up-to-date with new products and service
Job Requirement
1. Qualification: High School
2. Experience: Minimum of 1 years. Especially the Retail industry
3. Skills:
Has a good sales and customer service skills
Strong communicative and interpersonal skills
Be able to work rotating shifts and overtime when required
Prioritise candidates with backgrounds in luxury goods industry
Good appearance and English communication
