Make sales plan and ensure the achievement of sale and gross margin budget
Manage and operate the entire system of stores to ensure the fulfillment of targets assigned by the Company
Job Description:
1. Store Set up: In charge of analyzing premises set up new stores
Follow-up the site finding, negotiating process
Constantly work with landlords on the terms & conditions
Ensure the projects to meet expected timeline
2. Build team and set up structure of department
3. Sales Management:
Project management of new store opening
Manage the store performance to achieve target of sales and all KPIs related to sales
Monitor sales target by monthly, quarterly and annually
Analyze consumption data, behavior, and trends to create suitable forecasts / sales plans
Coordinate and support activities to drive sales
Plan for promotion and sales target achievement
Propose to Manager the best-selling / slow selling codes to be provided and resolved promptly to ensure the stock meets customer demand and does not have excessive inventory
4. Stores Management:
Prepare and monitor subordinates' work on the document in accordance with Operations Procedure/Guidelines, such as sales recording, goods ordering/ receiving /returning and writing off
Control the cost of running stores
Manage daily store operations (sales, usage costs, control the store's remittance to the Company / Branch, control loss, inventory at the end of the month ...)
Training, manage, and regularly evaluate staff performance
Manage all store operations and delegate responsibilities
5. Buying product: Analyzing consumer buying patterns and updating and predicting future fashion trends
6. Analyze store performance (Store Operating Profit)
7. Management of Inventory: Collect data, analyze and monitoring of inventory on daily/weekly/monthly basis
Job Requirement
At least 03 years of experience in retail system management and operation; Priority has experience in the fashion
Experience of the retail environment and experience in new store openings.
Management and planning skills
An understanding of the value of brands and the ability to communicate brand values.
Experience in managing training, mentoring and supervising new team members.
