Job Description
1. Identifying and Developing New Clients
- Search for, build, and maintain relationships with potential clients.
- Approach and introduce the company's products/services to new customers through phone calls, emails, or in person.
- Analyze customer needs to provide suitable business solutions.
2. Managing and Maintaining Relationships with Existing Clients
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers.
- Address customer issues or complaints within the scope of the job to ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Negotiating and Signing Contracts
- Negotiate, agree upon, and finalize sales contracts.
- Ensure contract terms are clear and favorable for the company.
- Monitor the progress of contract fulfillment and address any arising issues.
4. Implementing Plans and Reporting Work Results
- Achieve sales targets and the sales plan set out.
- Report work results to the department head or management.
- Regularly update the status of progress and customer situations.
5. Market Research and Competitor Analysis
- Keep up to date with market trends, customer demands, and the competitive landscape.
- Propose new sales strategies based on market research results.
6. Participating in Events and Exhibitions (if applicable)
- Participate in conferences, exhibitions, and events to seek sales opportunities and expand the customer network.
7. Supporting Other Departments
- Work with other departments (marketing, customer support, logistics) to ensure timely delivery and quality of service to customers
