Job Description
MISSIONS:
· Manage and update customer data into internal system
· Receive/forward/respond to customer requests/complaints/inquiries
· Monitor/coordinate with other departments to ensure quality and timeliness of service delivery
· Monitor and collect factory rents
· Prepare price quotations, contracts, sales reports and other documents as required.
· Perform reception and administrative duties as assigned.
· Translate documents (English - Vietnamese, Vietnamese – English)
Job Requirement
REQUIREMENTS
· Good appearance, good communication and customer service skills
· Easy-going, active, organized
· Fluent in English
· Second language is an advantage (Chinese/Korean/Japanese)
· Having 1-2 years of working experience in Sale/Customer Service/Administration…
· Good at Microsoft Office
