Identify and establish relationships with distributors for all types of the company’s machinery, including welding machines, woodworking machines, steel production machinery, and steel manufacturing equipment.
Represent the company in Indonesia.
Sell products to clients, effectively persuading them to place orders.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, discussing product details, presenting sales proposals, and negotiating contracts.
Foster ongoing client relationships to encourage repeat business and future orders.
Collaborate with the Export Manager to develop and implement a sales plan aimed at meeting assigned sales targets.
Provide regular updates to the Export Manager, including weekly progress reports on customer information and sales, and share all relevant email correspondence and client communications between the client and the company’s Manager. Create group chats with clients to facilitate communication with the company.
Act as the liaison between clients and the company, resolving issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
Advise the Export Manager on solutions, marketing strategies, market analysis, product offerings, and competitor insights to support the growth of international sales.
Job Requirement
Specialization: Technical Sales or Project Sales with expertise in Steel Machinery and Equipment Sales.
