Job Description
Key Responsibility:
Prepare a sample contract based on the approved commercial agreement:
· Sale contract
· Contract principles
· Contract for consignment of goods
· Cooperation agreement (in the form of sponsorship, gift cards, vouchers, etc.)
· Contract liquidation agreement
- Make quotes and introduction letters.
- Provide license information and sales policies to Customers or relevant departments (when requested).
- Communicate with other departments to complete contract content (Legal Department, Accounting Department, Sales Admin Team to take orders, warehouse, Sales Manager/Head of Sales).
- Submit contract and retail/wholesale license.
- Scan and send documents to customers.
- Collect all original documents for storage and management.
- Monitor the Contract status of each account and notify other departments to pay attention to the organization and operation.
- Extract data from the RMS system, make weekly Sales Department sales reports, and monthly re-order status reports of customers buying and selling Ripple machines and related products.
- Report contract status or outstanding cases directly to BOD.
Job Requirement
Requirements and skills:
· Degree in Business administration or similar field.
· Previous experience as a Sales Admin Contractors.
· Working experience with relevant software.
· Strong communication skills & creative problem-solving.
· Attention to detail.
· Good at English.
