Sales Admin Staff

Job Description

- Receive order from customer and send to suppliers

- Make PO on the SAP system and send to the suppliers

- Follow up the order until finished delivery

- Cooperate with customers and suppliers to solve claims and problem if any

- Input and output invoice in the company system (SAP) and issue red invoice to customer

- Report sales volumes weekly, monthly

- Other jobs required from Sales manager

Job Requirement

College/ University graduated Experience: 1-3 years

Basic English, good at Excel skills

Carefully, Enthusiasm, High responsible in the working

Priority person who have experience in data entry and good Excel skills, SAP system
