To record and process all reservation inquiries made by phone, fax or email efficiently and accurately and converted to sales where possible to meet hotel targets.
To prepare all offer letters, reservations and lease contracts in order for sales team to concentrate on locating customers
To conduct telemarketing to fix appointments for the sales team to visit potential customers
To be responsible for receiving and forwarding all incoming faxes or letters to concerned
To prepare all the daily, weekly and monthly sales reports
To have all lease agreements and related documents signed and sealed if necessary
To show drop in customers the properties if no sales person available
To maintain competitor information update based on sales team’s inputs
To maintain master files on all customers in house in proper manner to perform all filling functions for Sales & Marketing Department
To obtain all office supplies & stationeries for Sales & Marketing Department
To contact new potential short/long staying clients, either by telephone or in person to successfully obtain business
Perform any and all other assignments as directed by the Management
Job Requirement
Degree in Hotel Management or Administration Business or equivalent.
At least 1 year working experiences as same position in serviced apartments or hotels
Competent in Microsoft Office, with analytical mind and good verbal & written English communication skills.
