Provides customer services, not limited to walk-in, phone calls and emails, keeping track of all transaction documents in the client database for our real estate agents/advisors.
Provides secretariat support to the directors
Complete paperwork for all real estate transactions in a timely manner to ensure a deal is closed as quickly as possible
Monitor deadlines and provide notices to appropriate parties when necessary
Schedule necessary appointments with all parties, including open houses and the final walkthrough
Help organize community outreach events to improve our standing in the local area to continuously build our brand
Assist to produce all marketing materials including brochures, flyers, online marketing, social media posts, etc.
Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports and communicate key results to the rest of the team to ensure company goals are being met
Deliver concierge-level customer service to sellers, buyers, customers and lenders to improve customer satisfaction ratings
Participate in training sessions to improve skills with administrative tasks in the real estate industry
Perform any other ad-hoc assignments.
Working time: Monday to Friday (9AM to 6PM) Saturday morning (9AM to 1PM)

Job Requirement
Preferably with at least 1 year sales admin experience
Diploma or equivalent.
Be proficient with MS Office software applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong communication skills , both written and verbal in English
Strong organization skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize with minimum supervision.
Able to work on own initiative and under stressful conditions.
Willingness to learn and develop skills to improve work performance.
Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
