Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company, now looking for a Sales And Application Specialist:
Assist the management in establishing the direction and strategy for the designated section, and organize and oversee the section to carry out the plan and strategy.
Assist in dividing up the territory so that members may make the most use of it, and set up KGI and KPI so that each member visits their designated region every day.
Lead and assist team members in everyday tasks, such as generating consumer demand, sales promotion, OPD, and customer service.
Support staff in providing suitable product and service presentations and on-patient demonstrations.
Organize attendees for the firm at conferences, events, and exhibits.
Review Key Account Management's business outcomes regularly in the designated region, renew the target HP on time, and establish appropriate strategies to meet the objectives.
Ensure all prospects update the Salesforce system promptly and properly, and hold the PCL monthly meeting
Use PCL updates to explain resource allocation for prospective clients appropriately.
Train distributors on products, treatments, and soft skills; work with them to address user requests, complaints, and objections.
Collect data on pricing, goods, and new items from the market, keep an eye on rivals' moves and tactics, and report findings to the manager.
Coordinate clinical application activities among pertinent departments.
Assist the physician, clarify product usage, and respond to consumer inquiries about the items at the events
Job Requirement
Male. Age: 30 - 35 years old
Graduated from university or higher, major in economics preferred
Have at least 3 years of equivalent experience in Medical companies, preferably experience in endoscope products
