Assist sales managers by overseeing the sales staff, developing and implementing strategies to improve company sales.
Familiar with the types and characteristics of knitted fabrics, analyze customer samples and develop products based on needs;
Need to communicate closely with knitting factory/dyeing and finishing factory to ensure sample progress and quality, and establish relevant production data;
Maintain customer relationships and be responsible for new product promotion, coordinating business trips and participating in exhibitions;
Collate market information and formulate and recommend new product development directions;
Other assignments according to manager instruction.
Job Requirement
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business/ Fashion & Textile or related;
Experience: At least 3 years's experience in Textiles Industry, 1 year experience as Assistant Sales Manager;
Language: Fluency in English and Chinese is a plus;
Knowledge and skills: Drive for excellent result, communications and influencing, decision making and problem solving
