Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect potential businesses in Japan for partnership opportunities.
  • Engage with decision-makers through various channels to introduce our services and negotiate deals.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners, ensuring their satisfaction and success.
  • Track and manage all partnership activities, maintaining an accurate pipeline of opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate the seamless onboarding and integration of new clients

Job Requirement

What We’re Looking For:

  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills in both Japanese and English.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a robust pipeline of partnership opportunities.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of B2B sales experience.
  • Fluency in Japanese and good English skills.
  • Proven track record in sales or business development, with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Self-driven and adaptable, with a proactive approach to achieving goals.
