Job Description
- To comply with the International ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 Standard.
- To ensure all activities are incompliance with the International Management
- To fully use the PPE supplied by the management
- To maintain an adequate standard of 5S housekeeping in the work place
- Receive sales offer price from Salesman for each customer & update sales price list for each customer
- To handle order placements, credit limit and payment term enquiries and quotations in accordance with company policy
- To comply with all company policies, working methods, procedures, and Instructions
- To liaise with approved transporters on non-working day deliveries
- To work with sales personnel and the storekeeper to ensure all goods are promptly delivered
- To prepare a quotation upon receiving an approved quotation requisition
- To notify sales personnel promptly with regards to urgent orders
- To notify sales personnel promptly if an order exceeds its credit limit
- To complete forecasted sales in the SAP system on a daily basis
- Check stock available & schedule for daily delivery plan & outstanding order
- Release delivery voucher from SAP system and provide supporting document as customer requirement
- Prepare and management: sales contract, sales contract list, prepare return request if any
- To notify the service team of any complaints received on free loan equipment
- To update pricing when they receive a new quotation
- To notify the storekeeper to attach a Certificate of Analysis together with the delivery order where applicable
- To notify sales personnel regarding daily orders received
- To follow up with a customer’s outstanding a/c and notify sales personnel regarding the check ready for collection
- To obtain final approval from the sales manager for the release of goods that exceed the credit limit
- To verify with the accounts department regarding walk-in customers before approving sales
- Perform any other duties assigned by the management with full accountability and responsibility from time to time.
Job Requirement
A. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Diploma in business, marketing or any other related field is preferred
- Specific training in consumer behavior and marketing strategies
- Minimum two years of proven work experience as sales coordinator or experience in sales administrative roles
