1. Propose to superiors the business potential of the PB center to build the center's overall business strategy and goals in accordance with the bank strategy and budget.
2. Manage and promote sales & advisory activities at the PB center to ensure completion/exceeding of assigned business targets and effective use of budget in providing services
3. Manage credit quality, supervise and support PB center sales team to control credit quality of customers under the PB center's management
4. Personnel management
Contribute inputs to build the annual personnel staffing of the PB center in accordance with the staffing and budget of the RB Division
Recruit employees & ensure both quality and quantity, lead and optimize the skills and knowledge of employees, train and develop the team and each individual employee of the PB center
5. Represent the PB center in meetings with state agencies and partners (State Bank, audit...)
Job Requirement
1. Educational Qualifications
University graduates in Finance/Economics…
MBA/CFR/CFA/others preferred
2. Relevant Experience
Minimum 10 years in Banking, minimum 5 years in retail banking, with branch management experience
3. Relevant Knowledge/ Expertise
Understanding of legal regulations on bank credit; Bank & investment policies, regulations, and products for retail customers
Have good knowledge ofinvestment, finance, appraisal, and credit risk management
