Job Description

  • Plan and organize the implementation of business goals.
  • Complete & organize effective implementation of KPI targets of the Sales department.
  • Build and develop strategic relationships with suppliers & agents.
  • Build and train a sales team to meet the company’s needs.
  • Manage and monitor business risks, including credit risks.
  • Build, manage and implement Marketing programs.
  • Consult the Management in building business development strategies
  • Consult the Management in perfecting business policies.
  • Detailed during the interview process

Job Requirement

  • At least 5 years of experience or more in the field of business and sales.
  • Communication and time management skills
  • Good communication skills with customer service attitude.
  • Negotiation skills
