Job Description
Responsible for Sales, Marketing, and After-sales support for products assigned in the Metal mechanics/Automotive or Plastic & Rubber fields.
As the primary contact person from LMS to customers within the defined market area served by LMS’s products.
The position is responsible for providing high-level sales support for LMS’s customers, developing sustainable and profitable new businesses, and protecting and running the business by promoting LMS products to existing and potential customers.
Undertake all activities required to extend, develop, and penetrate the market efficiently:
- Visiting existing and potential customers, presenting LMS products (and LMS in general), striving to develop business through commercial means or proposals of development projects.
- Build a network of contacts across several functions: purchasing and technical departments to create and maintain customer loyalty to the company.
- Attending trade fairs, conferences, seminars, or workshops.
- Actively search for new customers, analyze regularly assigned field activities, and determine the improvements required for high productivity and efficiency.
Prepare quotations and negotiate within the agreed limits, prices, contracts, supply agreements, and payment terms, and make sure that customer behavior is correct regarding the settlement.
Manage information flow to customers accurately and timely about delivery (product or packaging changes, cancellations, supply shortages, logistics problems, etc.), installation, and training.
Handle prompt commercial inquiries from the customer, including complaints, and be accountable for their completion even when other stakeholders are involved.
Submit a brief weekly/monthly report after visiting customers, including the following:
- Accurate information about customer requirements, market, and competitor actions.
- Forecast information and any other customer-related information may be requested ad hoc.
