Build, expand, and maintain a network of loyal direct dealers for Daikin.
Consult with customers and promote high-end products.
Provide training on product knowledge, technical skills, and soft skills to dealers to enhance VRV results.
Develop and expand a network of interior design companies as partners of Daikin Vietnam to support dealer sales.
Create action plans to engage with interior design companies and the high-end residential market.
Prepare sales promotion campaigns to engage interior design companies and end-users for projects.
Analyze data and periodically report to the Manager on the progress and results of customer support activities.
Job Requirement
Have experience working with HVAC contractors, sanitary companies, interior design firms, architect consulting, real estate companies, and condominium developers is highly preferred.
Have experience and relationships within the interior design market.
Strong knowledge of economic trends and current market conditions.
Ability to develop sales strategies and acquire new customers.
Bachelor's degree (preferably in Engineering).
Friendly, motivated, patient, and detail-oriented.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Proficient in MS Office (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint).
