· Identifying Customer prospects, establishing contact and developing relationships, recommending solutions and sell Scan-Shipping’s Products/Services.
· Secure new business as well as develop with Existing Customers.
· Planning and coordinate Customer-approaches.
· Generate daily reporting on Meetings held and Telephone Calls made.
· Collect Customer feedback to guide future Product and Service direction.
· Pro-actively participate in Sales discussions and Market Strategy.
· Work closely with Pricing and Key Account team to deliver high level of Service to Customers.
· Other duties as assigned by Manager.
Job Requirement
· 3-5 years on Sales experience within Freight Forwarding & Logistics.
· Personality being Agile, Self-Disciplined, Self-Motivated and a “Self-Starter” is advantageous.
· Skills such as Negotiation, Problem-Solving, Time-Management and Planning are advantageous.
· Ability to work independently and in team, with strong spirit towards business development.
· Good English skills.
