Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Force Effectiveness Lead to join our healthcare company. The Sales Force Effectiveness Lead will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and enhancing the overall commercial effectiveness of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales strategy, analytics, and process optimization, with a proven track record of implementing successful commercial initiatives.

Responsibilities:

- Lead Sales Force Excellence Team including Sales Operations, SFE & CRM.

- Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of commercial initiatives and identify areas for improvement.

- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies for new products and services.

- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for sales optimization and process improvement.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement pricing strategies that maximize profitability while ensuring competitive market positioning.

- Lead the development and execution of sales training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team.

- Drive the adoption and utilization of sales tools and technologies to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling sales collateral and promotional materials that support sales efforts.

- Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales channels and partners, implementing necessary adjustments and improvements.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in commercial excellence, bringing innovative ideas and strategies to the organization.

- Provide guidance and support to the sales team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

Job Requirement

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.

- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the healthcare industry.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.

- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.

- Proficiency in using analytics tools and CRM systems to analyze sales data and track performance.

- Knowledge of sales processes, strategies, and best practices.

- Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally, building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.

- Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on driving measurable outcomes and achieving targets.

- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the healthcare industry.
