Job Description

Job Purpose:
Responsible for developing and implementing B2C, B2B(*) sales strategies to attract and maintain relationships with high-income clients and partners, driving revenue growth for the school.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute B2B sales strategy:

    • Create long-term and short-term sales strategies to target and convert businesses, organizations, and high-income families for student enrollment at the school.
    • Analyze the market and competitors to propose effective sales solutions.
  2. Manage and maintain client relationships:

    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with business partners and target clients.
    • Update customer information and needs to propose suitable educational solutions.
  3. Work closely with the Marketing Manager:

    • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to optimize marketing campaigns that support sales efforts.
    • Provide market insights, customer feedback, and campaign results to adjust the sales strategy.
  4. Meet and exceed revenue targets:

    • Set sales targets for the team and oversee their execution.
    • Ensure revenue goals are met through effective sales strategies and exploiting new business opportunities.
  5. Report and analyze sales performance:

    • Regularly report on sales results, business opportunities, and client status to the Marketing Manager.
    • Analyze sales data to adjust strategies and improve results.
  6. Organize and participate in events and seminars:

    • Organize and attend events related to student enrollment, school introductions, and educational programs.
    • Build partnerships with organizations and businesses with potential for collaboration.

Job Requirement

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in sales, especially B2B experience
  • Preferably in the education industry.
  • Strong skills in building and maintaining client relationships, especially with high-income clients.
  • Good leadership and team management skills, with the ability to drive the team to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Ability to work closely with other departments (Marketing, Finance, etc.) to achieve common goals.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage with large partners.
  • Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales data analysis.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or related fields.
