- Business development: contribute to the Sales team strategy and performance, in line with the Company strategy and objective. Meets individual assigned target for profitable sales volume and strategic objective.
- Account Management: Ensure the development and maintenance of customer relationship and high customer satisfaction.
- New Business: Ensure identification and targeting of prospect customer, in line with department and Company strategy, in order to close new profitable business and increase sales revenue.
- Management information: Gather, consolidate report management information within department related to performance as well as opportunity pipeline. Collaborate with and coordinate across diverse teams.
- Minimum 05 years working in logistics / freight forwarding industrial & at least 2 years in Manager/Supervisor position.
- Experience in managing a Sales team with 6 - 8 members.
- Good English or Chinese
