Lead, manage, and supervise the sales team to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate and expand the IT market in Vietnam.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, partners, and stakeholders.
Attend sales conferences, bidding processes, regional sales meetings, customer conferences, exhibitions, and industry-related training programs.
Participate in training programs at the company’s headquarters in Taiwan.
Develop customer-specific approach strategies and provide training for team members.
Oversee the preparation, execution, and finalization of sales contracts and liquidation agreements.
Collect and analyze customer and market data to build a comprehensive database for the department.
Manage customer relations and actively seek out potential clients to expand business opportunities.
Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing guidance and support to enhance results.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment with business goals.
Identify customer needs and propose tailored solutions based on the company’s IT products and services.
Develop training programs and mentorship initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of the sales team.
Ensure timely reporting on sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities.
Propose and execute marketing strategies to strengthen brand positioning and increase market share.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
At least 4 years of experience in IT sales, with at least 1 year as a Senior Sales Specialist or in a sales management role.
Experience working in a distributor company or IT product sales department is required.
Open to young, dynamic candidates with strong sales experience who are eager to grow into leadership roles.
Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships, with an established client network in the Vietnamese IT sector.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to develop sales strategies and achieve revenue targets in a fast-paced environment.
Good understanding of Vietnam’s IT market and emerging technology trends.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
Proficient in Chinese/English (medium to fluent level)
