Job Description

Achieve Chilling System Sales Target and profitable growth in the Commercial and Industrial segment in the geographic territory of Vietnam by developing and maintaining a deep understanding of customer needs and delivering market leadership returns on total territory opportunities.
Set and monitor performance goals.
Manage Sales Coverage per market strategy.
Maintain customer coverage.
Review and update sales plans and forecasts.
Monitor market and competitor activities.
Build strong relationships with key influencers.
Resolve escalated customer complaints.
§ Control revenue and cost drivers to meet profit targets.
Monitor working capital and manage budgets.
Implement process improvements.

Job Requirement

Recognized university degree in Engineering/Business Adm/Economic/Mkt.
At least 5-year experience in similar duty in the Chilling System Industry.
Proficient in read, spoken and written English.
Sales and Financial Management.
Performance Management.
Change Management.
Risk Management.
Strategy Development.
