· Develop and implement strategic sales plans to surpass electronic component sales targets.
· As a customer manager, responsible for OEM/EMS and other large electronic manufacturing factories in Vietnam.
· Identify new business opportunities and market trends to increase Vietnam market share.
· Establish good partnership with customers.
· Independently completed the whole process from the initial customer expansion to customer demand material docking, as well as the transformation of customer mass production orders, and fully assisted customers to speed up delivery.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between customer needs and product offerings.
· Lead negotiations and pricing strategies for profitability and customer satisfaction.
· Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies.
· Provide timely sales forecasts and market insights to senior management every week.
· Actively participate in industry events to enhance the company's presence.
· Develop all potential/designated customers and import required products.
· Regular customer meeting at least three times a week and business trip support.
· Other tasks as required by the Company.
Salary: $1000 - $1500/ month + Commission
3 months probation
Location: Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh, Bac Ninh, Haiphong, Bac Giang
Experience: 3 - 5 Years
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
· Good in English, strong negotiation, communication skills.
· At least 4 years of customer service experience in the field/industry of electronic components or electronic manufacturing and proficient in English or Chinese.
· Have a deep understanding of electronic components, applications, and market trends.
· Willingness to travel as required to clients' meetings and industry events.
· Have management skills to achieve short-term and long-term sales targets and tasks.
· Proficient in office information technology: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
· Outgoing and active, love sports, have excellent teamwork and communication skills, have enthusiasm for work, and eager for self-improvement.
