Actively identify and acquire new customers within the FOB and CMPT sectors, specifically in the garment and fashion wear industry, focusing on women's wear to drive revenue growth.
Complete and submit all required vendor documentation (vendor profiles, business licenses, BSCI reports, etc.) for seamless customer onboarding in the fashion and garment sector.
Source fabrics, trims, and other materials according to customer specifications for women's wear, ensuring quality standards, fashion trends, and compliance requirements are met.
Partner with the production team to develop samples, whether for seasonal collections or custom designs, tailored to meet customer preferences in women's fashion wear.
Accurately calculate and propose FOB and CMPT pricing structures, submitting them to the Board of Directors for review before presenting them to customers in the garment and fashion industry.
Perform post-shipment evaluations of FOB orders to analyze costs and measure profit or loss, especially in relation to women's wear collections.
Coordinate and participate in factory tours with customers or host meetings at Grandmex offices or customer locations to discuss garment production processes and capabilities.
Maintain consistent communication with existing customers, handling new inquiries, price quotations, and providing support for compliance, technical audits, and necessary certifications in the fashion wear sector.
Job Requirement
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, preferably with experience in the fashion or garment industry.
Proven experience in sales management within the garment industry, with a focus on women's wear or fashion apparel.
Strong understanding of FOB and CMPT production processes, particularly in the garment and women's fashion wear sectors.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to manage multiple customer accounts in the fashion industry while delivering consistent results.
