JOB DESCRIPTION
I. Individual Responsibilities:
• Approach and consult potential clients based on the company’s provided customer database. Maintain relationships with existing clients while building and expanding new customer relationships. Ensure personal sales targets are met.
• Develop tailored solutions to meet customer needs while driving sales growth and achieving business goals.
• Contact and meet clients to understand their recruitment needs and offer optimal solutions.
• Monitor and oversee sales plans to ensure commitments to clients are met.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Proactively suggest service and product improvements.
II. Team Management Responsibilities:
• Manage and develop the Sales team, ensuring the achievement of revenue targets and team business objectives.
• Support and train sales staff in selling techniques, customer consulting skills, and soft skills.
• Monitor and enhance team performance, propose solutions to boost sales and optimize sales processes.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure high-quality customer service.
• Handle complaints and propose improvements to enhance service/product quality.
• Implement company strategies and projects according to each business phase.
• Preferred experience in Sales within Banking & Finance, Insurance, or HR sectors.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B Sales and at least 3 years in a B2B Sales Leader/Manager position.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work with senior management levels (CHRO, HRD, etc.).
• Ability to develop and execute business strategies and manage sales teams effectively.
• Experience in training and motivating employees.
• Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under high pressure.
• Fluent in English.
