The primary goal of this position is to maximize sales and profits. Strong sales background as well as a wealth of knowledge in the hospitality industry will be expected. Common work activities for this job are analyzing market trends, detecting potential customers, meeting with clients, closing business deals, and managing sales teams
Clear understanding of the hotels/ serviced residence business strategies then set goals and to determine action plans to meet those goals.
Identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales.
Implements all sales action plans related to market areas as outlined in the marketing plan.
Conducts daily sales calls and arrange site inspection trips to hotels by corporate clients.
Accompany sales team on sales calls to potential clients to assist in development of the account and to access the effectiveness and sales skills of the sales person.
Able to provide quick and timely responses, develop professional long term business relationships
Always provide the highest quality of service to the customer
Participates in sales calls with members of sales team to acquire new business and/or close on business.
Able to support hotel/ serviced residence services and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience
Acquiring and developing new business accounts and preparing sales proposals for clients.
Perform duties as assigned by Line Management
Job Requirement
Degree in Business Administration or Hotel and restaurant management or related major
3-5 years in Sales and Marketing or related professional area
Communication, interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, and organizational skills
