Job Description

  • Planning & leading sales team to reach business goals.
  • Collecting and continuous updating market information.
  • Developing strategic relationships with suppliers and agents.
  • Training, building & managing sales teams effectively.
  • Consulting Board of Directors in planning business plan and policies.
  • Periodical reports to Board of Management.
  • Supporting sales team and Accounting Department to collect debts from customers.

Job Requirement

  • At least 1 year experience in Logistics sales management or 2 years in another management positions.
  • Graduating from college or higher majoring in economics, foreign trade, import-export, maritime.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to make plans, arrange, work assignment, team building, working under high pressure.
